Important before submitting:
- Cases are published anonymized only — no names, recognizable details or data identifying people.
- We do not reply individually and do not provide consultations.
- If you are in an acute crisis — seek help first (contacts below).
What to describe
No names or contacts: the situation, years married, source of pressure (relatives / children / finances / other), what you’ve already tried. We do not request email, phone or any other data — and the bot will reject them if they appear in the text.
By submitting a case you consent to its anonymized processing and publication. No personal data is requested.
